Chichén Itzá is located in a different time zone than Cancun and the Riviera Maya (minus one hour). The archaeological site opens at 8 am. Consider leaving your hotel by 6:40 am in order to arrive to Chichen Itza by its opening hour.
The earlier you get to the ruins, the easier to avoid crowds.

a) When a cancellation is notified 48 hours before the service, Odigoo Travel will refund 90% of any payment(s) previously made.
b) When a cancellation is notified 24 hours before the service, Odigoo Travel will refund 80% of any payment(s) previously made.
c) There are no refunds on cancellations notified on the same day of the service. - When cancellations are requested before the required 48 hours, customers will be refunded 80% of their payment .
